Install from the link

Fodide builds, signs the app for the registered devices and sends an install link. On the iPhone open it in Safari and tap Install on Apple's prompt. The app appears on the home screen.

This is Apple's "ad hoc" install: only phones whose UDID is in the build can open it. A phone added later needs a new build.
