Add yourself as a test user

Open Google Auth Platform → Audience. Publishing status stays Testing. Under Test users tap Add users, enter the Google addresses that will try your apps, Save.

Testing allows up to 100 test users. Apps that ask only for name and e-mail work for anyone even in Testing.
