Stage 3: deployment

Only when an app with a backend is ready for production. It needs a server and Cloudflare (yours, once, then granted app by app), its own production Google access with the smallest roles, and its own production keys.

Before production Fodide rehearses: the same release goes to a server you marked as a test server, is checked, and is removed. Only then does production change. With no test server Fodide says so and asks you; see the server guide.
